Is India still a free land?

Few years back I thought that I live in a free country and the country which is one of the fastest developing in world. I live in country where i can fulfill all my dreams and i thought that someday i will surely repay what this country has given me. But now i know how wrong i was at that time.
No doubt my country is still a independent land but not in true sense. 60 year back it was ruled by Britishers and now it is being ruled by bunch of policy maker who are totally selfish. These are those guys who are representative of whole country but instead of representing whole country they are now becoming the representative of a group of people who can fetch them a big vote bank. I am not interested in talking about this policy maker because i don't think these guys require any discussion as they are already exposed to the public, but i am interested in discussing the policy made by these supposedly very intellect and respectable guys who are sitting in the most respected house of our nation, The Parliament of India. Few polices and steps by them to get the support of mass, which made me to think, Is India still a free country?

Regionalism:
We blame Britishers for diving our motherland into three part India, Pakistan and Bangladesh but how can we forget that it was the greed of one of our great leader which lead to division. The present days politicians are also following the footstep of that very leader( I am not sure which word should I use here, should I use leader or leaders). The present row of violence done on North Indians in Maharashtra present the beautiful example of regionalism. The spark of this fire was agitated by the MNS chief in Mumbai and is now spreading in whole of Maharashtra or to say whole country. MNS chief is not doing something new but is following the footstep of his uncle who did the same thing with South Indian in 60's to get power and was successful in fulfilling his desire for power. Who knows that in coming election of Maharashtra the chief might be successful in getting the power but do he really deserve it.
The other example comes fron the North East of country which has never considered itself as part of India. The violence on Biharis In Assam, the continuous strike, bandhs, stampede and violence for Gorakha land by Gorakhas in Bengal, does nothing but adds fuel to the fire of regionalism. Oh! how can forget about the demand of Vidarbha in Maharashtra and one more division of Uttar Pradesh in Purvanchal. This all started before the fire of Khalistan is completely extinguished. Oh! who can forget the Great Massacre of 84 when thousands of shiks were killed on the roads of Delhi and other part of country, by the activist of the party which played a significant( i still have a doubt about it) role in getting India independent. How can one forget that Southern region of India is no good in this regard. Some regions in southern states are not ready to accept Hindi and north Indians. Don't accept North Indian but whats the problem in accepting Hindi, which is our national language and supposedly all proud Indian should have a minimal knowledge of hindi. But instead of giving basic education of hindi, government of one of the state in south have banned the basic education of hindi in state government run schools. History has showed all those leaders who have followed the policy of divide and rule were successful, but isn't that they same policy were responsible for their downfall. The bloody politicians are doing the same for their benefit but they don't know that this might take India on the verge of some other division also.
This and many more things make me to ask question Is regionalism greater than nationalism? and Is right to move freely in Indian territory still holds? and , i don't think there is any end to this 'and'.
Reservation: How can one forget the new fragrance of reservation present in air. Reservation is the hottest topic of discussion in every part of country, some are discussing about it harms and some are how to get maximum benefit of it. Do we know this policy of reservation was brought into force after some 40 years of independence to save the government of very same party which i mentioned before( you all would be thinking that i am writing this blog against that govt., no i am not doing that just it might be matter of coincidence that everything which i have noticed happened in during the rule of their govt. and so i think they should be blamed for this.). 22.5% reservation after 40 years of Independence, 49.5% after 60 years of independence and who knows what new we will have to face in future.

We all aware of the fact that reservation are being done only in higher education but do govt. ever tried to find out what will be the use of this reservation without imparting basic education to the peoples for whom this reservation is being done. It is well known fact that if base is strong building can withstand in any circumstances but what will happen if base is not strong, it won't be able to withstand even the mildest of storm. Same can be observed for the reserved category student going into some premier institute of country. They can't cope with the pear and academic pressure their and end up ruining their life. Can govt' give a single example of this category of student who has done well. No it can't, it's not fault of these candidate it is the fault of govt. who send them for higher education without giving them the basic knowledge. But y should govt. care about basic education they as they don't get any vote from school going student but they get vote from college going student ie. student pursuing higher education.
This was not enough for our respected government that it passed the bill of 49.5% faculty reservation in all the govt. run institute in country, with immediate effect in all the IITs. Why the hell this fucking govt. is behind IIT. Wasn't opening 6 new IITs enough that they gave reservation in faculty also. Oh! sorry I missed out one point where will those guys go after completing their 4 year btech program in 6 to 7 years, they should again go to IIT. Do we know that reserved OBC seats were not completely filled due creamy layer funda. To fill this vaccant seat govt. raised the income level of creamy layer from 1 lakh to 6 lakh, even though govt.new the fact that per ca-pita income in India is $1000, atleast 500$(taking conversion factor of 1$ = Rs 40) less than the fixed upper level for creamy layer. So, now the door of that institute, that is known for it's intellect, is now open for every fucking person in India.

Wow! a gud news for girls now they can also make to IITs, as our dear President asked for an IIT exclusive for girls in her home town and to no one surprise this bill was passed with full consent of Parliament and this IIT will start functioning from next academic year. So now dreams of girls studying in IIT is not far and also they won't have to compete with boys. So, y the hell girls ask for equality on every front. Who knows if someday a unac becomes president of India and demands for a separate college in every field for them(i am not writing this hurt anyones feeling, this is just an example) And trust me days are not far off when their will be reservation about what a class of people should eat, their will be shine boards addressing" only people of this .......(class) and intrudes are liable to be prosecuted" and many more.

Are we really being treated equally, no we r not, y we r not treated equally. Isn't that it is written in our Constitution that everyone should be treated equally. Y particular group of people are being given more importance than other? Y the hell this politicians are violating constitution? Can someone tell them the meaning of constitution and harm of the reservation.

There are many other topics like corruption, exploitation, removal of TADA and POTA etc which I would like to discuss but this blog is getting bigger and bigger so i would like to conclude this one and will come back soon with other blog with same title.
Isn't that we can conclude that how can we say ourself, free when we are not free to move in our country, when we are not being treated equally. Isn't that we are on the verge of few other divisions? Do we think we will be developed by 2020....hehehehe, give me break leave developed, when there will be no India how can we talk about it's development. So, i don't think there is any harm in asking Is India still a free country? Does free land means free country?
P.S: Now it's totally upon readers to tell whether i have justified myself or not.
Sorry I have hurt someones feeling through this blog.
